The Opportunity at Tigerway

Our goal is to find a Growth Partner who will help us connect with High School Students and Families and help start a conversation with them to eventually have them speak with me or my coaching team. 

The Growth Partner will help us fill our calendar with great potential students who we can help take to the next level in terms of academics, SAT Scores, and top university applications. 

To achieve this, we will provide in-depth training on how to leverage your social media channels to start productive conversations.

We want someone who takes pride in growing an organization, and wants to be a part of a business that scales from the East Coast to all over the U.S. 

If performance is strong, the Growth Partner will have many job opportunities at Tigerway that include marketing analysis, product development, or coaching strategy.

No Prior Experience Needed - Just Hunger and willingness to learn and grow

Nice to have experience would be: 
1. Previous experience in sales, appointment booking, marketing, or business development
2. Knows how to convert cold leads into warm leads and has managed DM’s, instant messaging conversations, client chats on messenger
3. BONUS: Has been entrepreneurial before
 
That said, there is no formal experience needed. If you are willing to be a conversation starter for us, and are persistent, you can do very well in this role and grow to do more advanced projects with us. 


Compensation 

- Training is compensated.
- Commission for each qualified call you are able to connect for our team. 
- Commission for each enrolled student from families you connect us with
- Upon helping us enroll 5 Students, you will qualify to apply for a part-time staff role with us that compensates between $16-$18 per hour for 3 hours a week. 
- Your monthly income should range between $2 to $4k every month depending on your performance. For a part-time virtual position, this is an incredible opportunity. 
- There are opportunities to be a Coach at Tigerway, which would allow you to scale your income with our enrollment size.
